Service Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that customers provide accurate contact and service location information when requesting an estimate or booking a service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept approved payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

Results Disclaimer

While we use professional cleaning equipment and proven methods, some stains, wear, or damage may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Removing small or fragile items from areas being cleaned
Ensuring access to the service location
Informing us of any special conditions or concerns before service begins

Furniture Moving

For safety reasons, large or heavy furniture may not be moved. We will clean around items that cannot be safely moved.

Limitation of Liability

Coops Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as loose carpet seams, weakened fibers, or previously damaged surfaces.
